On the 12 October 2009 Bundaberg Aero Club Inc. became an approved Recreational Aviation Australia (RAA) Affiliate.

 

Part of our charter to maintain this approval is that the Bundaberg Aero Club & it's members comply with all RAA flight rules & regulations particularly in the following areas

 

In the April 2010 RAA magazine there was an article from Operations Manager Mick Poole setting out our obligations and requesting members to report such breaches in the interest of safety so that privileges are not lost to all for breaches by just a few, all CFIs & Instructors have a much higher obligations as direct RAA representatives & Flight Trainers.

 

There has also been an article by Steve Bell Technical Manager of RAA in relation to maintenance.

 

We must be sure as a club we maintain the standard required to remain an approved RAA affiliate & that none of our members or more so Directors are in breach in any of the abovementioned areas.
